Slightly loosen the three using a ⅝” and 11/16” wrench. Loosen the jam nuts on both ends of each adjusting tube using a 1⅛” wrench. Turn the adjusting tubes to lengthen or shorten the arm.p. 52
The left side will have the solid side of the balljoint plate on the front side.p. 52
After you have adjusted the arm to the desired length, tighten down the jam nuts against the adjusting tubes, and then tighten each of the three . Torque the to 54 lb- ft. Grease both ends using chassis grease frequently to insure smooth, trouble-free operation.⚙ 54 lb- ftp. 52
If the pivots will not take grease, the endplay may be too tight.p. 52
There should never be more than 1” of thread showing past the tightened down jam nuts on either end of both adjusting tubes.p. 52
The must be loosened slightly to allow adjustment while the car is being aligned and retightened afterwards.p. 52
