Attach the upper control arms to the chassis

Watch out
Installing one or two upside-down (head on bottom) is the easiest mistake to make here. Walk all four bolts before you torque — heads UP, locknuts DOWN.

  • 3/4" socket
  • 3/4" wrench
  • ratchet
  • torque wrench
Parts from your kit
  • (4) 1/2" x 1.75" flange head bolts (Box 1)
  • (4) 1/2" mechanical locknuts (Box 1)

  • Upper arm to frame bolts
    All four pivot bolts run top-down — heads up, locknuts on the bottom.
    80-85 lb-ft (108-115 Nm)
