Before moving on to brakes, walk back through every fastener you installed in this section with the torque wrench and confirm spec. Working off Factory Five's front suspension torque chart:
- -to-frame: 100-110 (135-162 ) - Lower to : 80-90 (108-122 ) - Upper A-arm to frame: 80-85 (108-115 ) - Upper A-arm : 54 (73 ) - Upper to : 70-80 (95-108 ) - hub nut: 225-250 (305-338 ) - steering arm bolts: 60 (81 ) - upper and lower bolts: 40
When everything checks out on this corner, repeat the entire front suspension build on the other side of the car. Then you have a true rolling front end (minus brakes) — and brakes are the next section.
