Unpack the upper control arms and .p. 47
Put thread locker on the upper balljoint threads.p. 48
Screw the upper into the control arms so that the balljoint angles out on the bottomp. 48
Tighten the balljoint using the arm for leverage with a Vice holding the .p. 49
If using the balljoint socket, Torque the balljoint to 169Nm (125lb-ft).⚙ 169 Nm⚙ 125 lb-ftp. 49
Screw the grease fittings in to the and tighten with a ⅜” wrench.p. 50
The left side will have the solid side of the balljoint plate on the front side.p. 50
Slide the cross shaft in between the two mounting flanges and thread the mounting bolts into place with the nuts on finger tight.p. 50
All on the control arm should be installed from the top of the arm so that the locknuts are on the bottom of the arm.p. 50
Torque the two bolts that hold the arm to the frame to 108-115Nm (80-85 lb.-ft).⚙ 108-115 Nm⚙ 80-85 lb.-ftp. 50

Set the cross shaft on top of the two mounting flanges, place the 0.84” spacers between the flanges then attach the arm using the ½” x 2.75” bolts.p. 51
Replace the bolt removed to get the arm in place, flip over any remaining bolts that thread in from the bottom up so all the bolt heads are on top and torque the two bolts that hold the arm to the frame to 108-115Nm (80-85 lb.-ft).⚙ 108-115 Nm⚙ 80-85 lb.-ftp. 51
