Watch out

Forgetting threadlocker on the threads is the leading cause of front-end clunks 5,000 miles into the build. Do not skip it.

Unpack the upper control arms and the threaded upper . Apply a few drops of (medium-strength threadlocker) to the threads of each upper .
Screw each into its control arm so that the stud angles OUTWARD at the bottom — that is the correct geometry for the front-steer Roadster. Clamp the in a vise and use the control arm itself as your leverage to tighten. If you own (or can borrow) the Chrysler-pattern 1-59/64" socket, finish-torque each to 169 (125 ). Without that socket, vise-plus-arm tightening is acceptable but the socket is the cleaner way.
Finish by screwing the small grease fittings into each with a 3/8" wrench.
