Watch out

The upper boot looks crushed and out of shape while the car is in the air — completely normal. It seats correctly once the car is on its wheels and the suspension settles to ride height.

Drop the upper stud into the 's upper opening, install the , and torque to 75 (95-108 ). Install the and bend the legs over.
Then bolt the steering arm to the , oriented so that the tie rod end (installed in a later section) will eventually mount from the BOTTOM. Torque the steering arm bolts to 60 (81 ).
